Winter has DEFINITELY arrived! I try to ignore it most every year hoping it will just go away. Unfortunately, that never works! The winter cold has the ability to cast a cloud over us. It’s dark, cold and dreary and it’s not uncommon for people to find themselves in a funk. This can have a huge impact on our energy, wellness and mood if we let it.
