Hey mama, are you having a tough day? I totally get it. I knew parenthood and motherhood would have its challenging moments but I never truly understood what it was like until I became a mama. There are so many tough moments and sometimes those moments become so overpowering and overwhelming that it’s easy to beat ourselves up and only see the bad.
When I am going through a tough time, quotes always help me feel better. I am currently battling postpartum depression (more on that in another post) and I always find myself searching for quotes for moms when I’m having a tough day.
I find quotes to be very comforting as there are many times that I don’t feel comfortable/ready to share how I am feeling, yet I can always find a quote that resonates with what is going on in my head. I guess quotes help me to feel a little less alone during the tough times.
